About the Journal

AIM and SCOPE
OMU Journal of Engineering Sciences and Technology is an International Journal (OMUJEST The journal is a peer-reviewed engineering journal published semi-annually (September-March). OMUJEST publish the both theoretical and experimental high quality, original and unique research papers and reviews in the field of engineering science and technology. The journal accepts articles in Turkish and English. OMUJEST started accepting articles in 2021 and it does not have Article Processing Charge (APC) or any submission charges.

CURRENT PUBLICATION SCHEDULE
OMUJEST is published 2 issues a year. These numbers are grouped as follows considering the subject integrity:

Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering

Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering

Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geophysical Engineering, Geomatics Engineering

Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Materials Engineering

Note: It will be evaluated in studies in other engineering fields. The first response, including reviewers evaluations, is 45 days at the latest.

WRITING RULES

The manuscript template of OMUJEST can be downloaded in here. 

Not: The author should upload the similarity report to the system with the article. Articles must have a maximum similarity rate of 20%. Single source similarity rate must be 5%.

COPYRIGHT TRANSFER
All the submitted works for publication must be transferred to OMUJEST during the article submission. In this context, "Copyright Transfer Form" signed by authors must be submitted with the article.
