About

The Journal of the International Law and Diplomacy Society (“UHDTD”), which has the status of "International Refereed Journal", started its publication life in 2022. Undergraduate and graduate students run the Journal under the leadership of the International Law and Diplomacy Community and the supervision of expert academics within the body of Ondokuz Mayıs University Ali Fuad Başgil Faculty of Law. The publication is twice a year, in March and September. The Journal's Publication languages are Turkish and English. The Journal includes translations, books and case law reviews and articles.

UHDTD accepts articles focusing on international law, human rights law, humanitarian law and private international law but also from other fields of law and related disciplines.

UHDTD aims to bring dynamics to the international law literature by handling current developments with an interdisciplinary approach. The Journal closely follows diplomatic relations, economic and technological developments, ecological problems, and socio-cultural changes that affect international law and acts intending to systematize original and scientific studies mainly within the framework of a theme.
