Article Submission

Owners of works are obliged to comply with the provisions of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the principles set by YÖK in the Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive, the standards set by COPE and the principles accepted by the Journal of the International Law and Diplomacy Society.

Articles submitted to the Journal must not have been published elsewhere or sent for publication. The submission of the article to our Journal means the commitment of the author on this subject.

A Commitment and Copyright Transfer Form stating that the articles sent to the Journal are not sent to another journal and that the copyright has been transferred should be filled.

Simultaneous submission of the study to different journals is not possible. Authors cannot submit their previously published work to the Journal.

Authors should present in the article evidence that they pay attention to ethical principles in the data collection process (such as obtaining their permission to use other people's documents such as scales, questionnaires, photographs).

Authors should have a document showing that they have the right to use the data used, the necessary permissions for the research/analysis, or the consent of the experimented subjects.

If information or data is requested from the authors during the evaluation process, they are expected to present the expected information to the editors or assistant editors.

In the event that the authors realize an error regarding their work under evaluation, they have the obligation to inform the journal editor, to correct or to withdraw, to cooperate with the editor.

Studies sent directly to the Board are not taken into account. Studies should be sent to uhdd@omu.edu.tr.

Authors should state their titles, institution they work for, their contact addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses in a footnote on the first page of the article.
